Ted Bolin - President & Chief Executive Officer
The principal of Flagship Land Group is Ted Bolin. Mr. Bolin has lived in Central Florida for all of his 47 years. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1980 with a Business Degree and joined the accounting firm of what is now called Ernst and Young. He became a Certified Public Accountant and left Ernst to become controller for one of the local banks. He left banking to be a full time real estate developer in 1985.

Ron Roberts- Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Ron Roberts comes to Flagship Land Group after ten years working for two of the nation's largest homebuilders Pulte and Mercedes Homes. Prior to embarking on a residential construction career, Mr. Roberts graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in business. During the ten years Mr. Roberts was involved in the acquisition and development of many residential projects spanning the state of Florida from Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and Ft. Myers. Mr. Roberts has worked on various types of projects from small in-fill town home projects to large major master-planned golf communities.

Phillip Hollis - Executive Vice President
With over 35 years of experience in the entitlement, planning, design, permitting and construction of land development projects, Mr. Hollis began his Florida experience as the City Engineer of Altamonte Springs. Mr. Hollis went into private practice as Director of the Orlando regional office's site and land development group for a national firm.

In 1983, Mr. Hollis founded Hollis Engineering, Inc. for the purpose of "Adding Value to Land and Community", while serving the land and site developers of Central Florida. Many large-scale residential, commercial, office and industrial projects like the Florida Central Commerce Park, Ocoee Business Park and Winter Springs Towne Centre were planned, entitled, designed or constructed under Mr. Hollis' direction during Hollis Engineering's 23 years of service. Phillip has served as principal-in-charge for numerous master planned mixed-use, golf course and "Developments of Regional Impact" communities such as Eagle Creek in Orange County. Hollis has been honored to serve prestigious communities such as Arnold Palmers Bay Hill Club for many years.

During his career in land development Mr. Hollis has been involved in the entitlement, planning, design, permitting and construction of over 20,000 residential lots. Since the sale of Hollis Engineering to a national firm in 2006, Mr. Hollis has expanded his interests by joining the Flagship Land Group.

Jeff Agar - President of Flagship Homes America, LLC

Most recently serving as president of Ryland Homes' Orlando division, Jeff Agar led the division in land acquisition and development, marketing, production, customer relations, sales and product design.

In July 2007, Jeff was asked to move to Orlando by Ryland to manage one of the companies' flagship operations and one of its greatest asset concentrations. While in Orlando, Jeff's division was the most profitable in the company, and with one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings measured by Eliant.

Mr. Agar joined Ryland in March 2002 as a division manager in Jacksonville, as the only employee of a start-up operation. He served as president in Jacksonville from June 2003 through July 2007. In those 5 years, Ryland closed over 1,500 homes, controlled over 3000 home sites, and netted over $45m in earnings. Under Jeff's direction, the Jacksonville division won Division of the Year at Ryland Homes.

Prior to his over 7 years at Ryland, Mr. Agar had over 11 years of experience with 3 homebuilding companies.

Jeff spent 5 years at Morrison Homes, and was instrumental in a turn-around of the Atlanta division to profitability. While with Morrison in Atlanta, Jeff was selected to participate in their Management Development Program, which gave him firsthand experience in all facets of the homebuilding business. Jeff also successfully started a new division for Morrison Homes in Jacksonville as the VP of operations.

He also worked as a regional sales and marketing manager for John Wieland Homes in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that Jeff spent 5 years at Centex Homes, starting as a sales associate in Jacksonville, with his last position as the director of sales and marketing in Southeast Florida.

Mr. Agar first received his real estate license when he was 18 years old. He is CABO certified as an inspector for one and two family dwellings. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Mr. Agar earned his bachelor of science degree in international business.

Mr. Agar and his wife, Dana, currently reside in Orlando, Florida. They have three boys and a youngest girl.

Chip Headley - President of Flagship Investment Group

The President of Flagship Homes America, LLC is Chip Headley. Mr. Headley has been a Central Florida resident since infancy. Mr. Headley graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1978 with a degree in Psychology and in 1997 with an Executive Master of Business Administration.

Mr. Headley began his extensive construction career with Days Inns of America. Subsequently, he worked with several large general contractors and as a principal in construction of single and multifamily residential projects, hotels, time share projects, marinas, churches, schools and industrial facilities.

Mr. Headley is a State Certified General Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Headley has also been an Instructor in Strategic Management at the University of Central Florida.

Richard Beavers - Executive Vice President / Chief Development Officer
Mr. Beavers has been involved in the development, sales, and operations of self-storage facilities for over 15 years. Over that period he has directed site selection, design, entitlements, construction, operations, and disposition of numerous facilities across the southeast. Mr. Beavers is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He begin his carrerr with KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Beavers is a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Beavers lives with Barbara, his wife of 28 years in Orlando.

Richard Hanahoe - Director of Land Development
Richard Hanahoe, a California native, moved to Florida in the early 90's. After college he began his career immersing himself in entrepreneurial business. Richard was one of the first to introduce biometric securities with his company Biometric Security Solutions. This company built relationships that led him into residential development. Richard's residential development career started over five years ago with The Pinnacle Companies. There Richard worked with some of America's largest builders, DR Horton, Engle and Mercedes Homes. Richard has managed developments of various types of residential projects from small in-fill town home projects to large major master-planned golf Communities. Richard joined Flagship Land Group in April 2005 as Senior Land Development Manager supervising development of residential projects.
